Deposit Fee

The 10% deposit fee is automatically added to the price at the end of the order and can be recovered within a maximum of 30 days from the date of purchase, if you hand over a battery or a similar car accumulator, cf. HG 1132/2008.

Art.7 (18) The final user of automotive and industrial batteries and accumulators is obliged to hand over the waste of automotive and industrial batteries and accumulators separately from other waste to:
a) wholesale and retail distributors of batteries and accumulators;
b) units that provide replacement services for batteries and accumulators;
c) collection points for waste batteries and accumulators;
d) producer, as the case may be.

First Battery customers have the possibility to hand over the battery and or similar accumulator at the physical location in Oradea or through a courier company, in this sense, the customer would have to bear the cost of the transport.
