This Privacy Notice has been developed to help you understand our policies and practices regarding your personal data and how we will use it. This Information applies to natural persons who interact with the services of Fado Trade SRL as consumers. 3. Children's personal data:
- We do not knowingly request or collect personal data from children under the age of 16. If we discover that we have unintentionally collected personal data from a child under the age of 16, we will promptly delete this data from our records.
However, Fado Trade SRL could collect personal data regarding children under the age of 16 directly from parents or guardians, with the express consent of the respective persons.
